
It all begins with an idea…
Over 15 years ago, I started my crossfit journey and while I learned a lot about functional movement and building strength, more importantly, I gained a couple of good friends. I don’t crossfit anymore, but as someone who did, I know how important it is to counter the workout of the day with some yoga. So on a recent visit to my former crossfit gym, now Decatur Strength and Conditioning, my good friends helped get me on the path to having a separate space from my home studio to reach more soon-to-be yogis! I can’t wait to work with individuals and small groups in a space that was part of my personal journey of physical and mental strength.
